Does anyone have experience of this problem please?
Bentone burner on a kerosene indoor boiler stops running after about 90 minutes and has to be restarted using the control box reset button.

Check the oil filter , more than likely located at your oil tank .

There seems to be a good flow of oil at the flexible pipe. What are the chances of it being a faulty control box, solenoid or solenoid valve?

I wouldn't mind the amount of oil your getting at the flexible pipe , that could be from the oil building up at that point , where it's just trickeling through the filter , but when there is a demand from the pump there is not a sufficient supply , I'd try checking the filter first before you start replacing other parts , it's free and easy to check .

Lots of oil and a clean filter. btw if it had been a starved fuel supply, would it have been necessary to bleed the pump each time before resetting? Any suggestions on what to check next?
