Neck Injuries

Anyone have any advice when it comes to treatment with neck injuries in Kilkenny? It's nothing major but it's been recurring since the initial injury and starting to get worse.

I made an appointment with an osteopath today but it's fairly pricey and as a medical card holder, I'd ideally like to avoid going somewhere that doesn't accept medical cards.

Anyone other Kilkenny medical card holders who might offer some advice? Or anyone who has needed similar treatment?
