The Walker Wp11b cant record

hi folks just wondering does anyone know if the Walker box WP11B can record? it has usb,and a record button on the remote, but when i conect a hard drive,the walker cant see it ,it wont even record to a Dvd recorder when i connect the scart ,i cant understand why they would have a pvr on if it cant. i paid 100 euro for it…

ye i have the same box , just when did you get it there is one that does record you may be able to exchange it i think it has just came out on the market or will be available very soon

Yeah, it's the WP12 model that has the USB-record facility. On the WP11, I think USB is just for showing JPEG's or manual firmware updating.

ye i tried to get a few films to work on it , it would for a while using usb and them would suddenly stop and would not work again so i just gave up on it stuck to ps3 for that

It's the latest model WP12DTB-R at the end of the name that does the recording. The old version's USB port is primarily for firmware updates.

The WP11 is based on the chassis DVB680 with a T4800 tuner. You will see it in the UK under the Bush brand and many others. I couldnt get it to record when I tested it. As i understand it this cannot be enabled, hence the next model which is based upon the T8300s.
