    Deleting the APN settings in the phone should disable any traffic.

    Why doesn't she go on Bill Pay Lite. Then when she wants to take out Bill Pay Talk or Smart she could get the phone on subsidized price :)

    Regarding sharing mins and texts i dont think thats available. Only way is to ring up and ask.

    Regarding mobile broadband. If your not on a contract why dont ya get rid of the broadband dongle and use the phone as a MiFi modem?

    You can get an add on for 15E a month 10GB. Android phones support wired and wireless tethering and meteor doesn't charge for it.

    Would atleast put two bills into 1 :) and give you more data on the go

    i always fill in rubbish for the GPRS APN to disable it
