Help with Interview outfit

I bought a dress similar to this one: http://www.next.co.uk/shopping/women/tailoredlooks/46/4 for an interview. The job is for a promotion and I want them to see me in something other than the usual black trouser suit I have to wear for work. The dress is lovely on but I don't like having bare arms and while I did buy the matching jacket I would prefer to wear something underneath. I just don't feel a shirt sits properly though, any suggestions? Thanks

3/4 sleeve top like this? Or a silky shirt, in a very light material might sit better, the sheer ones that are in most places atm? Closest I can find is this but I didn't look very hard, and it may be too bulky.

+1 on a light blouse or shirt, perhaps in a pale or pastel colour as opposed to white. Would give a very feminine touch and cover up the bits you don't want seen! I'm sure you could find one in Dunnes, M&S or somewhere similar.
