Hi, quick question. I have my ceft saying I passed my theory test and I have my eye test and everything else I need, just wondering if you're able to go to the motor tax office still to hand it all in and if you're able to pay in cash? I ask because I know people were able to do that before but I was on the website and it mentions posting it away and needing either a cheque or postal order and it doesn't mention if I can go to the tax office at all.
