It's annoying, going by my sister. I'd be looking for a job and i'd complain that I didn't get one yet, I mentioned the last person who interviewed me was a woman, just because it was. My sister looked me in the eye and said "Some people say it's a women's world" in the annoying way you hear in those american sitcoms. Nonchalantly but with direct eye contact.

Recently I discussed the war in Libya and how about Gaddafi is coming under pressure. Her first comment was "I think there should be a female leader with all that power." WTF? I remember another time I went to the cinema with my girlfriend buy my sister came along with her son. We all watched that movie with Hugh Grant and Sarah Jessica Parker, "Did you hear about the Morgans?". In the movie scenes when the women was driving the car my sister would be bumping me on the arm and laughing as she drove us to the cinema in her car. I think over the years she watched all that crap on TV, "Friends" "Sex and The City", etc.

A generation ago the women were in the kitchen cooking stuff and minding the children. I am reading a book called "After The Ice" ATM, it goes back after the last Ice Age, 20,000 years ago to 5,000 years ago. Back then the women cooked and minded the children while the man went out and hunted, it's been like that for all the time. But in the past generation there appears to be this "independence" crap. Face it, women are meant to be what they are. Do you every see a female leader? Out of Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King, Ho Chi Minh, Joseph Stalin, Marcos from the Philippines, Chairman Mao, etc? No. Their wive might be a some sort of symbolic leader like the the case of Gandhi, but that is all. But all of a sudden this bullcrap turns up.

I think someday society will reset itself in it's way and do what nature tells us to do, why do you think around 1 in 2 marriages are failing these days?

Please discuss the subject, thank you.

    Why does this bother you?

If women want to work let them work. They are worse at some jobs because they lack physical strength but those not involving labour they are more than capable of doing. Let them at it. Feminists are annoying because they are so blinded by raw woman emotion that they talk a lot of crap. As far as I'm concerned if the job doesn't entail much physical work then a woman is just as capable as a man at doing it, regardless of whether you want them in the work place or not. They're women dude, they are half of the population and if they want to work instead of staying at home what is the problem!!

However I believe that women are at a disadvantage in some scenarios. If a woman intends on having children then there are certain careers that may be out of reach or that they should avoid e.g. surgery.
