People on welfare should not be able to consume alcohol, cigarettes and other unhealthy items while receiving money from hardworking, decent people such as myself.

I propose that we stop giving welfare recipients money and instead give them vouchers for food, clothes etc. The food stamps they get should only allow them to buy healty food stuff. This way we encourage people on welfare to get more healthy and we also waste less money on useless things.

Many times when I go shopping I have seen people on welfare give their children sweets and energy drinks even though their children are obese, this is unacceptable.
