I've seen this stuff, Weston's Organic, around in a few pubs and off licences:

They have it in Sean MacD's in Harold's Cross.

    L. Mulligan Grocer in Stoneybatter do a nice Spanish one, Manzanova Eco, which comes in 75cl bottles.

Aspall do an Organic Cider. Should be available in any O'briens Off License and others. I don't know where Dublin 8 is.

It says there is an Obriens around Dublin 8 on Google anyway.

O'Neill's off licence on the South Circular usually has a good range. Not been in in a while, though.

Had a couple of bottles of Westons Apple Organic cider yesterday for the first time from Redmonds offy, its a nice, dry cider well worth a try, its slightly to sweet for my taste but apart from that thumbs up.
