I wanted to check if anyone knows of my rights in my situation. A while ago I was attacked in the school toilets and had fireworks thrown at me while I was going to the toilet. For about a week after I developed a fear of going to the bathroom and didn't at all for at least a few days. Because of that I have seriously damaged my bladder and now and for a long time will probably need to use the bathroom every 15 mins to half an hour. I've had letters from doctors and the hospital sent into the school asking if I could be allowed use the bathroom during some classes if I absolutely have to and between some classes. The school has refused and said I can go to the toilet every 2 hours like everyone else in the school. What are my options now?

Tried that and the department of education, that pass you onto other people and in the end the department of education said follow the rules or sue them nobody is any help.

Were you actually suspended from school?

You may not like it but surely a catheter would be the way to go here?

But failing all of this I don't see how the school can deny someone's right to take a piss if it's medically necessary!

    I would contact a solicitor.

Agree with earlier posters. See a solicitor.
