That's around the UK afaik.. Dublin is the only Irish venue.
The website is cronic.. Keeps timing out, 5th attempt to try and get tickets now...

What a load of ****,can anyone who went please tell me why the film started at 6.30 instead of 7.we got there at 6.45 was refused entry because it started early.,we explained that we had got an email from sky rewards stating that the start time had changed from 6.30 to 7 pm but they never heard of a time change.
We are out of pocket by forty euro over this between babysitter, petrol and the grub we had got in the cinema.Did anyone else get the email regarding the time change? There was 4 other couples trying to get in as well and they had got the e mail.

there was an email about a time change / date mix-up sent last thursday :

Due to unforseen circumstances, tonight\'s screening of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides will be starting at 7pm instead of at 6.30pm as had originally been planned.

We regret any inconvinience this might cause you and hope you enjoy the show.

    Kind regards,

    The Sky Rewards Team

but about an hour later they sent another email saying :

Apologies to the confusion to those customers in Dublin. The screening of Pirates of the Caribbean will be taking place at 6.30pm on Tuesday May 17th in Dublin, not tonight.
    Enjoy the film.

check your email again, you must have missed the second one

Got the first one,but never got that second one,i am after searching my inbox and my trash folder in case it got deleted. That was the first thing I did when we got home :(. I did speak to 2 other couples there who said they only got the one email. The funny thing was the 2 other couples and us were told at 6.45 that the screening was full and that there were no seats available for us.I am sure the film was only on 10 min at that stage.
    Was it any good anyway?

The film was packed - by the time the film started there were only a couple of seats available, and these filled in first 5 min or so.
I do think Vue did handled the screening pretty well, there was a queu out the door from 6pm, but they processed it very quickly.
