Just looking through some of the daft listings for Sallins.
Golf can be played at the near by K Club.....
That's sold it for me, I'm going to drive up in my '96 Almera & demand a caddie to carry my rust plated Fred Smyth irons from the back of the car.
When payment is demanded I'll say it came with the house.
There is motor racing at Mondello.......
Not sure how the old Almera would do around here but I'll give it a go anyway.

Sweet jebus, they sold us some aspirational guff when it came to buying houses.

What has your car got to do with buying a house?

A rusty old car is a must when viewing "POA" priced houses. If you show up in a Rolls Royce they'll immediately add 40% onto the price they tell everyone else

    LOL

Not at all, the gullible lined up to buy regardless. Listing coulda read "blasted with píss repeatedly" and they'ed still have out bid each other.

No, funny enough, they do mention however you can go horse riding in The Curragh or Punchestown.
No mention of potential flooding either in a certain estate.
This one even has brand new flooring & kitchen, I wonder why ?.
