ACC Bank Sligo.Whats up?

    I was in the ACC bank in Sligo yesterday.Firstly,I was amazed that you have to ring a buzzer to get in,not exactly customer friendly.Then when inside I noticed a sign,no cash deposits or withdrawals,also strange.I am not a current customer with them,when I asked if I could set up an account,they said they dont do that anymore???Anyone know whats up?Are they closing down or something?
