    Hi all

I wonder if anyone has any suggestion of replacement hardware, using UPC

I need to replace my existing wireless router and Spa2100 adapter, into 1 wireless router with Voip and 2 lines. The router if it can have as many as listed below will be handy:
Been able to configure 2 lines with different providers
    Same as SAP2100
Must be able to have good security
Been able to configure Port forwarding
Block service (to allow only internet to some PC's at specific times)
While all PC's, Phones, etc using DHCP to be able to assign specific IP address on the router so they will always have the same IP.
      Dynamic DNS to configure dyndns.org
      Support UPnP

Was looking at the Cisco WRP400, is that any good?

    Thanks in adavance

I use a Draytek Vigor 2910VG which ticks all those boxes.

It is a few years old now so I suppose there are updated products.

Both myself and a fried have used these for maybe 5 years or so.
    They have been ultra reliable.

One neat idea we use regularly ...... direct dial between the two of us, using static IP address or DynDNS URL ..... no VOIP service provider involved in the connection.

It was costly at the time, but has been well worth the price paid over the years of use.

    regards.

    EDIT:
Oh yes ..... it will register six accounts simultaneously ...... or in my case 5 VOIP accounts and one direct connection which of course requires no registration.
So calls can be received in, on any of those six accounts and directed to either or both of the lines and even have specific ring tones applied.

Looks like a very nice peace of kit, just a bit over my budget, it comes to over €200, if I can get it cheaper might get it unless I see something cheaper.

    Thanks

I have also seen Fritzbox mentioned by users, but have no clue about its capabilities ......

Yes the Vigor is costly .... was about €350 at the time I got it ...... IMO, it is good value at €200, but I have not looked about for a replacement as that has not ben necessary, thankfuly.

Decided to go ahead and get a 2nd hand Draytek Vigor 2910VG, it had all I wanted but for some reason can't see how to block some IP addresses to access the internet, I seen the schedule part but not how to actually use it to block access, checked the user guide and google but no luck, if you have any ideas or links will appreciate it.

    Thanks

I have not had to do what you describe ..... but have you looked under CSM to make use of the different schedules you may have set up? Maybe URL Content Filter Profile?

    regards.
