Dress for wedding.... One shoulder or not?

Ok so, I have a really important wedding in September and I am just shopping around for an outfit at the moment..
I love the one shoulder style of dress but I am open to other suggestions..

What I have in mind..

Not one shoulder, but very me I think.. 60's!!

Lot of these are white which wouldnt go down well at a wedding. Any other suggestions. I have super short hair and am only 5ft 3.5in, so its hard to find something nice!

I also really like the first one, very appropriate for a wedding aswell!

My 2nd favourite would be the pale pink one shoulder, but I dont think Id wear that to the church! Reception yes, church...would need some serious de-sexying!

Do even look at white dresses! :P Definitely not appropriate. In fact all of those are bit whitish. I'd go with the last one.

I'm wearing a blue one-shoulder Warehouse dress to a wedding in June that's much like the white one-shoulder one you posted.....

This is it in purple, avoiding the white dress dilemma:

It does look long, but I'm only 5ft 1" and it is a nice length, not too short either!

That is GORGEOUS for a wedding. And the lack of print leaves lots of creativity for accesorising and may save you money on shoes!

I like the ones you posted but a bit iffy on the pale, nearly white colours.

OP all the dresses are gorgeous but unfortunately very pale/white which is the one rule you cannot break attending a wedding, I know a cousin of mine wore a very light pink which looked quite white to a wedding the bride never spoke to her again.

I have that first Lipsy dress you posted with the sheer sleeves and i absolutely love it think it would be perfect for a wedding. Im about the same height as you and its not too short also you wouldn't have to worry about getting a shawl or a shrug or something to cover up.. Just a simple clutch and nice earrings and maybe a ring. I wore nude heels and a matching clutch!
The white one shoulder one i saw in BTs a few weeks back is an absolutely fab dress but a definite no no for a wedding also in my opinion, the other 2 Lipsy dresses look quite regular night 'outish' dresses anyway that my 2 cents!!
P.S really like the Warehouse and Oasis ones that were posted also.
