Do I need special runners for wet grass

May be outside training this evening on some hilly grass but I just have the normal Asics GT2160 runners. It's been raining somewhat over the last few hours and it doesn't look like it's going to stop soon.

What do you guys normally do when running on wet grass? Do you get shoes with spikes or are those only really needed for very muddy cross country?

Sorry for the newbie question.

You'd only use spikes for faster, muddier running, in races. You could use hill shoes with better grip if you intended running steeper grassy inclines. But for day-to-day plodding on flat grass, your regular shoes will be fine.

A cheap pair of rubber studded football boots do the trick for me.
