Exam venue question

I have an exam in "East End 4, Hamilton Building". I'm not at all familiar with the Hamilton, being an Arts student. Where am I going? (the room code is EE.PC3)

Go into the Hamilton on the bottom floor. Walk to the other end of the building until you see a Java city and computers. There should be a staircase on your right. Go down and I can't remember whether it's on your left or right but there'll be a clear sign.
