highlights problem- should I complain?

I got a half head of highlights today in a salon that's part of a well-known Irish chain (don't know if I'm allowed name it lol) and the colour is fine except for the fact that there's a dark patch (about 1cm) on my hairline where the stylist didn't put a foil/bleach and it's fairly noticable! I didn't notice it when I was in the salon because my fringe was blowdried and it covered it up, but when I clip my side fringe back it looks awful!
Should I go back and ask them to fix it? I did pay quite a bit for the highlights i.e. in excess of €100 and I'm fairly annoyed because the whole reason I got my hair done was so I wouldn't have roots showing when I clip my fringe back for work etc!
It looks like it would only take one or two foils to fix it, but will I look like a right moaning myrtle if I go in complaining...? I know I should have said something today but I really didn't notice it because I wear glasses and I had to take them off when she was cutting my hair, I only saw it when it was dried and it looked ok!

    What would you do?

I'd go back. I was in probably the same chain last time I got my hair cut and she forgot to layer one of the sides as she done one and then went onto fringe only noticed it when I went home, went in the next day and she fixed it straight away and was very apologetic.

Go back in - they will definitely fix it - its in their interest to keep you a happy customer! Don't be afraid and go somewhere else - as you said you paid over 100 quid so it's gotta be a top notch job
