Hey hope this is right forum

One of our members has create an open group on facebook called Mercantile Pub,Dame Street,Official Pub of the Dublin Arsenal Supporters. I want to add this link onto our webpage www.irishgunners.com. Have searched google how to do this and cannot find definitive answer

How do I create a link to post on a messageboard so that when a user clicks on the link they are brought into the login on facebook for this group and be able to join?

The url for the group is:
    http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=group_174043805944863&ap=1
    Thanks

Yeah thats what I would normally do for a link but this url just brings you to the login page for facebook I was looking to bring it up to a page for the group seen it somewhere done before? User would still have to login to FB

I see what you mean. It could be that public fan pages can be seen without logging in, but not groups?

At least the user will be brought to the group automatically after logging in, .

Thanks for that tried looking around to see how it can be done but no joy

If set up as group the link cannot be created to bring up fan page or what needs to be done so that it can?

Pages and Groups are different things. Groups don't automatically get Pages. If you want to link to a Page, you need to set one up.
