Magnum Cider ready to bottle at 1.000?

    Mixed the magnum apple cider kit last Thursday with initial sg=1.042. Measured it just now and it is 1.000 (or just slightly above). Tastes pretty good, should I bottle it now or leave it for longer?

    Should be safe to bottle at 1.000 but I'd leave it a couple of days as it might drop a couple more points.

    I think you're right. I left it for another few hours there and still bubbling so probably leave it until Monday.
