Thought this may interest some people. Im thinking about it alright.

    http://www.saveonlaptops.co.uk/Samsung_160GB_S2_Portable_2.5_External__1044177.html

Delivery is around £9 to Ireland and order with a Debit card doesn't give you extra charges but they would'nt recognise my debit card as one before so i got charged as if i was using a credit card, But its just 10% of your order I think.

Shame about delivery costs...but still seems a decent deal.

Can anyone suggest anything else comparable or better?

    All the best,

Not as much storage, but at this price you cant complain, free delivery as well.

This one only has 80gb but works out at £18.98 delivered from Zavii Outlet on ebay.

Yes a few times, pretty quick as well, always free, normally there's always 10% off codes floating about as well

Amazon has the Samsung for GBP 32.88 (with free shipping to Ireland), so the saveonlaptops price (even with the excessive shipping charges) is still cheaper. Has anyone got this Samsung external HD? How do you find it?

Like dmcar02 I got a 10% discount when I ordered a laptop from saveonlaptops (got the discount code here on Boards). Anyone got a current code?

A couple of days ago I picked up a 250GB Western Digital in Tesco, Finglas for 28.54 euro.
They also had a 320GB for around the 36 euro mark - I think that was a Seagate. Both 2.5", USB powered.
