They just seemed determined not to divert and trying to wash their hands of the situation.

at about 20:45 there is a quote from the boss of Manx2 from a press release boasting about the fact that last June 2010 they operated in foggy conditions at Ronaldsway where rival airlines were grounded,

That was the most significant part of the programme which I listened to live, over the objections to my little kid who wanted Scooby Doo. The boss of Manx 2 was proud of the fact that Easyjet diverted yet his aircraft got in. An absolute disgrace. Actually a former pilot of Flightline, Oliver Lee recently hanged himself out of guilt. He flew with Lopez the Captain when he was a first officer. The impression given is that descending below the decision altitude was the norm and he felt guilty that he set that precedent.

The boss of Manx 2 actually boasted that Manx 2 got into Ronaldsway when Easyjet diverted. This is a horrific indictment of Manx 2. It seem it was expected that busting minimums was normal. Oliver Lee should have gone to the AAIU not killed himself. Very sad.

He left Manx2 for Jet2 only day's before the crash. Makes you wonder what his state of mind would have been if he had kept flying. RIP
