    She should give that money to the Minister for Finance as an apology for the poor job done in the Health sector for the past 10 years. And keep her head down and walk away.

    €450k seems to be figure in the news today. No indication whether she will bank the money or donate to charity.

    If she has any sense she'll bank it (and probably bank it outside Ireland too). Charity. Why do we all assume charities spend their money wisely and are not wasteful. the few charities I have a knowledge of seem to spend more money on salaries, company cars and expensive offices, and why anyone wants to give them money is a mystery.
