Tiny blisters down below

Basically I have an issue that is troubling me slightly, I'm sure it's nothing.

Last week I was having sex with my girlfriend, with her on top and she came down a bit too hard and, seeing as I have fairly tight foreskin, it caused a considerable amount of pain. There was no blood or anything so no snapped banjo string thankfully!

Since then it has been a little sensitive and now I've noticed that I have a couple of tiny blisters on the tip of my foreskin so that when I pull it back, even when soft, its fairly sore. Also I've noticed dry peeling skin on the tip of my foreskin.

Anyone know if this is something I should be worried about?
