    Crystal Swing have teamed up with RTÉ Two's 'The Republic of Telly' for a cover of Bonnie Tyler's classic 1980s power ballad, 'Total Eclipse of the Heart'.

    The video, which was produced by 'The Republic of Telly', features Crystal Swing's Derek taking on a biker gang after mother Mary and sister Dervla are kidnapped.

    'Republic of Telly' presenter Dermot Whelan said: "It has been a great season for the 'Republic of Telly' and we wanted to end the series on a high note. And what better way than to team up with Crystal Swing!

    "We decided to give them a 'rock' makeover for the video and we're hoping that everyone will enjoy their exciting version of 'Total Eclipse of the Heart'!"

    The song is now available on iTunes, and money from this production has also been donated to Temple Street Children's Hospital.
