Claiming injury benefit but received holiday pay

I had an accident in work and have been signed off sick for a month now. I want to claim injury benefit (and have the certs/forms/etc) but my job put through my holiday pay, which would cancel one week of the injury benefit as I was paid one week's holiday pay. On the form, it says I have to sign saying I never got any…

I had an accident in work and have been signed off sick for a month now.

I want to claim injury benefit (and have the certs/forms/etc) but my job put through my holiday pay, which would cancel one week of the injury benefit as I was paid one week's holiday pay.

On the form, it says I have to sign saying I never got any holiday pay. Is it possible to receive injury benefit for the time I've been off, minus the week I was given a week's holiday pay?
