Im just wondering was it road rage or a deliberate premeditated act of violence. If you look at the start of the video clip you will see where the van is reversing out of somewhere further down the street and then all of a sudden the other vehicle blocks the road as soon as the van is moving up the street.

That may well have been planned in advance. Who knows but Im sure we will find out at some stage.
