hi guys, am new here, i just have some issue and would be nice to have some advice. I was with ripple 4 months but servise was very bad and i didnt have internet most of the time. only early hours or very late nite. I wrote few times and i rang few times...impossible to get them, they only got back tome once saying that it was probobully my computer faulty. So i was really fed up and got new conection with eircom in april, and i wrote to ripple i dont wanto continue as the service was very poor. Since then they (ripple)never stop calling me Because i signed up 12 mnth contract they need payment until dec.2011 and if they will not hear from me within next 7 days they will refer it to debt collector. Isnt that cheeky? am really pissed of cos i paid them for 4 months for nothing. what are my chances?
