Was in work this morning and wasn't feeling that good so went home sick.

Was going to get a taxi home but no ATMs in the area had any cash so had to walk to public transport (which was fun!).

Along the way home I managed to get sick every where in the middle commuter rush hour. Most people crossed the road to avoid me but I was in a bad way.

A lady stopped to help me. She offered me some first aid She offered money to get a taxi home. She even offered me some food (didn't think there would be much point in that!)

Some one helping out a complete stranger is rare these days. Fair play to her

Christ man!! Sounds like you were lucky.
Same thing happened to a mate. Little old lady offered to help... he was all drowsy.
Woke up next morning... BAM!!!... his kidneys were gone.
