I for one will remain unconvinced of Bin Ladens death until I see the pics. Graphic shmafic, they can't be any worse than Michael Jackson circa 2002.

Pictures can be falsified very easily, DNA evidence cannot.

I also have no desire to look at the corpse of a man who's been shot.

Nor do we need a snapshot for those who would revel in someone's death to turn into an internet meme.

So no, wholly unnecessary and distasteful. Simple fact, if Bin Laden was alive, he would have made a statement of some sort by now to discredit the US.

hmmmm, the longer they leave it the more reason to argue they are being doctored. The DNA thing well couldnt they just say it matches? its not like anyone will ever get their paws on the sample.

True, but they could easily send DNA to another source for verification if necessary. It's far harder to dispute that kind of evidence.

Of course they could have just found his toenails and gotten the CSI lads to give them the once over, so who knows really. I just don't buy into the conspiracy - he was always happy to make videos, and none now? That wouldn't make any sense.

Ye im not really one for conspiracies either but surely they could of foreseen the reason for the doubts when they have him buried at sea before we even knew they had him. I dont buy into the Muslim respect thing either, not from Americans towards Bin Laden anyway.

Although Obama is Christian, he did live for a period of time in a Muslim country, and there are members of his family who are of that faith. I don't think it is too much of a stretch to believe that he has a sincere respect for the religion.
