    Hi

My problem is...I think some of my pipes on the manifold are mixed up...as in a flow pipe for the kitchen might be connected to the return for the bedroom...they were not marked when put in so when we put the acturators on the pipes it was kind of guess work...most of them are ok but is there any simple way I can check them...I was thinking of taking off one flow and one return pipe and putting pressure thro them or pumping water thro them to see would it come out the other end...if I do disconnect them from the manifold will this mess up the system with regards to pressure air locking etc...need to get this sorted...tried heating up each room one by one but it takes a while and i have to run the heat pump on high to get the floor really hot...any ideas

    thanks

You should have a valve on each circuit for flow and return often in the middle of the manifold between both. If so just close them all of bar one circuit and see does the heat travel through the flow and back through the return. Do that circuit by circuit and you should see if and where you have a problem. If the pipes are mixed up you should be able to feel which pipe is getting hot with the return.
