What are the open hours for campus accommodation reception?

I need to collect my offer for campus next year from there and as I'm on INTRA, I can't be there any earlier than 5.30 or so. What can I do?

First thing I'd try is asking my employer if I can take time off/half day/day off to do it, which has worked for all the INTRA students at the company I'm at when we've needed to do anything college related during work hours.

I really don't want to take half a day from my leave to pick up something from the reception. Would security get it for me if I asked them in the evening perhaps?

Dont think security would do that but if you have a trusting mate - tell them your room number and get them to collect it from your mail box opposite the reception desk as its there and not behind the desk for collection.

Why not give them a call and get them to forward your offer on to your work address instead?
