So I bought a frozen pizza last night but instead of putting it in the freezer like a boss, I put it in the fridge like an eejit. It's all soggy now obviously.

So my question is, would it be safe to eat or is it Bacteria City right now?

Feck no  you need to put it in the oven first for at least 10 mins!

Do it and record the results here for posterity.

Well I would shove it in the oven for tea tonight. Cant see a problem with it unless a hygiene officer on here knows better??

It will be fine after you cook it in the oven.

I'd eat it. Make sure its hot though. If it's chicken I wouldn't eat it but anything else, i would. It's basically just bread...

There's donner meat on it - would I be asking for a bout of the trots if I cooked and ate that?

Look on the bright side - If it does kill you (like a boss), there'll be one less meme parrot on boards...

    It was in the fridge!¿¡¿¡¿¡¿¡¿₩¥§

    :-*

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

It will ok to cook and eat.

I honestly do not see the problem here.

If I have frozen chicken in my freezer than I defrost it first then put it in the oven.

I understand the meat on the pizza is already cooked but still I would have only though it an issue if you tried to refreeze.

It won't kill you, but it will taste like ass.

    Your move, UBF.

So you've had meat in the fridge for a day... Why wouldn't it be ok?

Yeah, but all of the pizzas taste the same: bitter.
On a side note, would you not just man the f/u/ck up and eat the damned pizza?

Serious answer - it'll be fine. Most bacteria can't grow or grow very slowly at fridge temps. Just reduce cooking time or temp to take into account that it's not frozen any more.

Even if you cooked it from frozen the Doner meat would probably still give you a doss of the trots.

What i would do if i was you is put it back in its box and freeze it overnight. Then take it out in the morning and leave it in the porch under strong sunlight for the day and refreeze it again again that night. Do this every day of May and then finally cook the thing around the june bank holiday.... should be lovely by then.... and it won't poison you HONEST :D

Flat mate of mine left an uncooked frozen pizza in the fridge for at lest a week, you could actually smell that is was gone, Then one morning after a feed of beer cooked it and ate it.

He didn't die, but he regretted it.
