04.10.04 Iphone 4 Issue

i plugged my iphone in to update my itunes songs etc and it told me to upgrade my firmware so i did to 04.10.01 i think and now when i click on facebook or twitter icons they just kinda flicker and dont open and its only happened since the upgrade , anybody else with same issue and any ideas how to resolve this ??
