all of the bike gear is going to be in aldi on thursday. just wondering would i need to be there before it opens at 9am in case there is people queuing there. i dont want some of the stuff to be gone

Keeping quiet about it might have given you a better chance. I'd say yes, get there early. The cycling stuff generally is sold out very fast.
