Hi all. Just wonderin if any of u guys have any experience of using Asulox on docks. Need a clover safe spray and tried Eagle last year with very poor results although it may have been a bit too dry to be fair. Prospect is another option but have heard its very sore on grass and growth will be slowed. Wots your opinions. Thanks in advance.

Eagle is really the only clover safe spray, we've always found it quite good for docks, if a little slow.

had the local chemical guy couple of weeks ago to look at last autumn's reseed that still has a problem with docks.
was burned, disced twice and power harrowed and set with the grass barrow. (would avoid the disc in the future for infested dock land)
said to use eagle but not to go for another while as the docks are rusty looking and not growing well. I might get away with a 5acre pack for 10acres and spot/patch spray it.

growing well is the important bit.

They'd want to be careful, that list is well out of date, for starters Duplosan is no longer registered for control of docks in established grassland (it'll work the same as always, but if you write it down and have an inspection you'll have penalties on your SFP)
