    Hi im not sure where to ask this but how and ever

    Im gna start using sunbeds only small amounts 4 or 5 mins a week if even, is there anything i might need like would aftersun lotion or carrot oil be needed?

    not looking for health advice just want to know if i need anything to help me along :)

    You can buy creams that increase/boost your tan that you apply before the session. keep the skin moisturised by using coconut oil this is cheaper than more body lotions and great.
    Try not to overdo the tanning OP (never do it more than once a day) and you need to be over 18 to use the beds.

    4/5 mins a week should be ok, but you will get darker as time goes by. If you want to look 'natural irish' then there will come a time when you might take a break, especially as autumn/winter draws in.
