Recently I bought two t-shirts on-line which I had to send away to America for. There was an estimated time of the arrival. Later in the week I sent away for two more t-shirts which arrived about a week later, but there was still no sign of the first set of t-shirts.

After this I went to the GPO to see if they may reached there and they say they'd look into it.

Today I went out for a walk and on return discovered one of the T-shirts lying outside someones patio in an apartment below me.

Clearly the t-shirt is mine and its pretty much ruined, but my concern now is to try and prevent this happening in future. I haven't done anything so far except take a picture of the t-shirt, but beyond this, what legally can I do?

Go to the guards. Get your online purchases delivered somewhere more secure.
