    Well, I wanted to finally write down how I feel as it's been getting me down recently. I've started to get intrusive thoughts (especially about friends and family and I don't like having this negative feeling about family and friends who are close to me). I find sometimes my mood being great and when I feel bad, I get so down. I work in a 9-5 job and love it, but personally my mood is all over the shop. I used to be a weekend drug user, have since stopped but have found that it seems to have had some effect on my life and my way of thinking.

    I really want to rid my self of the intrusive thoughts, I have taken on yoga and it's helping me a little with breathing and so on. I find myself getting into too much of a panic over stupid things (Would consider it obsessive worrying). So I want to know what I can do to rid myself of these two issues? Right now,I'm feeling all over the place and really want to clear up my thought process and my brain. Any help would be appreciated.
