emergency landing at shannon?

i was just looking at an app on my phone (flightradar24) and i seen there was an austrian airlines flight from vienna to toronto flying in to shannon and it seemed quite low for where it was on the radar. does anyone know what was happening with it? this was only a few minutes ago at about 13:00
