help sourcing parts?

hi all, I will be getting a corolla ke30 during the week or next week all going well and need to find the availability of parts for this model in ireland, i never found too many parts for sale here.there's a big list of parts I need, I will edit this post when I have it home and start restoring it.i will also have quite a few celica TA22 parts to sell or swap for KE parts, and also lots of morris minor parts too.

parts I know I need so far:
-passenger front doorcard and doorlock (siezed :( )
    -front wings
    -bonnet
    -bootlid
-passenger front door, or just a doorskin as its badly dented
    -rear light, drivers' side
    -grille

there's quite a bit of rust on the car i'm getting, but its a project thats all planned out already.the 1.2 3k engine is coming out, a celica TA22 ST (1600 5-speed) going in, restore the whole car as its quite rusty and has a few dents and respray it a certain colour that I wont disclose to anyone yet, and a set of SSR wheels.

I also want to know what suspension options I have, i believe the front is mcpherson (cant see, car is somewhat overgrown with nettles and grass) and the rear is leafspring?

what brake options are available as relatively handy bolt-ons, i would like to have vented front discs rather than solid discs, and some better calipers...what options are available for the rear, or at least are there any disc conversions I can make for that?

I do need help with this, especially need to source the bodypanels etc for it :)

    Many thanks,
    Nicky

I put a GT2000 Twin Cam celica Engine into a KE35 (above^) many moons ago, biggest job was changing the shape of the sump and oil pump pick up, AFAIK the sub frame in the KE cuves the opposite way to the Celica, you might have the same problem with the 1.6 lump.

I also put the Celica back axel into the KE shell with a bit of modification,

On the parts front a good metal fabricator can repair those body panels if you cant get new ones.

This fella seems to bring in whole cars from Australia , i think he's in kilkenny http://www.carandclassic.com/car/C32726

How much hassle was it to fit the axle?

Just ground off the plates that position the leaf springs and relocated them and re welded onto axle to suit the different width between the leaf springs, didn't bother with the anti tramp bars but left the lugs on the axle for later use, never happened. Had to get a new length drive shaft made any way because of diifferent gearbox.

This yoke used to do sub 6 sec 0 to 60

I just remembered I had to fit the Celica axle because I burst the Corolla diff out of the original axle.

i know about the availability of them in australia/NZ, but wanted to see if there's anything in this country for them before I go to such an extent to get them from literally the other side of the world, postage will prob give this 22year-old a major heart attack from there LOL.I will keep it in mind though :)

I was thinking AE86 aswell, but if I remember right unless you have an twincam reg and chassis code they wont let you join up, they've even copped onto some people giving friends their chassis codes to be accepted as members :(

thanking you also, the more leads I find to parts the better as the KE has a lot of body...well not body rust but as much holes as swiss cheese on the body lol.who knows, I might end up re-making some bodypanels anyway...time will tell

btw does anyone know if in australia, NZ, thailand or phillipines they sell just a door skin?the passenger front door has a very very nasty dent but the door is rather solid so only want to change the skin if possible?I remember reading or hearing about it before for the KE's...

so no-one knows about the availability of door sking then?

does anyone have a link to pricing of australian post to get to Ireland?have a good website found, just want to research postage costs beforehand incase its sky-high.
