FFS didn't I teach you a foolproof build and transition? Just practice the build.

There's this great custom game which I forgot the name of its xel naga build order or something.

It allows you to practice build orders with a shopping list on the lift of the screen of when you need to hit each building and also how long it took you.

Practice a few times with it until you got a 3 rax variant down to a tee.

Thats half of the job done

Then learn the weakness of mutaling build orders.

and adjust the one you practice with and are most comfortable with to be able to take advantage of that weakness.

    no

i'm going to assume you're in a lower league (bronze-gold). just focus on your macro, keeping your money low.. always making scvs and never queuing units in your barracks/factory. that's the most important stuff to learn if you want to get promoted, or win games

for banelings/zerglings.. siege tanks/marines and upgrades
spread your siege tanks out a bit , and spread a few of your marines through the tank line to protect from mutas. when you're using tank/marine/medivac you want to siege up a little bit away from what you're trying to attack. move forward to attack with a number of marines and when the zerg moves in to attack your marines, pull back immediately into siege tank range and let the siege tanks murder . important thing to remember with siege tanks is to push up slowly, don't unsiege tall tanks at once. unsiege the back 2 or 3 and move them forward, siege them up while maintaining good tank spread.. then unsiege the ones at the back and move them forward, etc etc

with mutas, to start throw down 1 missile turret between your command centre and minerals at each expansion.. so when the mutas attack you can grab all your scvs that are mining and repair the turret.. zerg will need a ridiculous number of mutas to kill a turret that is being mass repaired by 20 odd scvs.
in the late game, throw down a few missile turrets around your base to protect production facilities build a few thors.. keep 1 in your base with a few turrets, and at your mining expansion that is furthest away from your marines/tanks.
a thor or two in among your siege tanks helps keep mutas from sniping them as well, and if you're going to be sieged up somewhere for a while.. take a few scvs and build a couple of missile turrets around your tanks to protect from muta harass.

the most important thing is to expand and to keep your money low, if you find yourself constantly having more money than you can spend. don't queue up 2-3 siege tanks in the factor, build another command centre and expand or build a few barracks/factories or get double engineering bay/armouries and upgrade like crazy

I wonder where you got that build from :D

There's this terran unit, called the marine that works vs virtually everything zerg has apart from infestors with the application of a technique called micro. Since marines don't cost anything.

I played a Tournament the other day, got to the semi-final and on the way I met a couple of Zergs and I used a variety of different builds.

    Here's some of the games:

This guy was a 680 Rated Masters.

    Sinister vs Netto (Game 1)
    Sinister vs Netto (Game 2)

    This guy was ~850 Masters

    Sinister vs DjSweetBazz (Game 1)
    Sinister vs DjSweetBazz (Game 3)

Any questions or whatever, just ask!
