What would happen and I hope it dosent if you broke your arm and were unable to do your construction/engineering practical?

If you could not do it at all (smashed fingers for example) you would just have to skip the exam.
If your arm was in a cast and you had limited use of fingers a note would be put in with your work saying you were incapacitated.
