    I have to admit that on some occasions that DIT can be backwards or odd in their approach towards things but arent most colleges??

    However me thinks your trying to stir it up...so I am going to leave it there!

    I'm fishing around for a civil engineering course (next academic year) DIT is my first choice, even tho there seems to be a lot of complaints on boards. This could be for several reasons poor management, ineffective methods of information dissemination , poor facilities and the list goes on quite literally . But I believe that the marks/degree you get at the end of your studies are a reflection of the effort and work you have put in. My old Irish teacher used to tell us "You can bring the horse to the water, but you can't make him drink" and he was and still is right. It's all down to the individual. Sorry to be a bring down, but you guys/girls are the masters of your own destiny and you all have great opportunities ahead of you, there yours to lose.
