You can use a USB cable and transfer them straight across, make sure its formatted with the right files, the video files go into a folder called VIDEO (in caps) and make sure to select USB Connection from Settings menu or it wont show up on you laptop

Or if your laptop has a memory card reader slot built in you can put the memory card into it and copy it across,

    Which PSP is is?

It's the 3000 slim. Thanks for this! I've an mp4 converter which is handy.

On side note, it's a bit slow to load up pictures of an average of 9 megapixels, is that normal? I bought a cheap generic memory card so this could be the cause.
