I am working there 5 years, i worked my first year there part time, then worked 3 years full time and last year got cut down o part time again...

when i get redundancy will i be paid all o i basedon 5 years of prt time hours????

Or 2 years part time hours and 3 years full time hours!??

    Thanks

I would think you would be paid the redundancy package based on your current terms. I was made redundant in November, and the package was based on my significantly reduced salary, as opposed to what it had been when I started, so would reckon the same rules apply if hours are reduced.

If it's less than one year that you've been on reduced hours the redundancy payment should be based on full time earning otherwise it'll be based on your reduced hours. It's also subject to the max weekly wage limit of €600.
