Guys and girls just a heads up that the Citywest has about 300 rooms already booked out of a possible 700 (for the weekend of the Super).

If you want to book your accommodation for the Super I would advise doing so soon (as we will be taking about 100 more rooms for staff very soon too.

Sinead is handling all the poker rate bookings: soconnor@citywesthotel.com

€79 per twin/ double room, per night (includes full Irish breakfast).

Some more really exciting news to follow.

    Cheers,
    Stephen.

Just want to let everyone know that there is a massive satellite on Sunday at 8am, on Brucepoker.com for the Super 2012....17 players registered so far.

Buy-in costs $50 into the satellite final but there are feeders running every few minutes on Brucepoker (and all of the Cake network) for as little as $0.50c.

    Cheers,
    Stephen.

Quick heads up for any players thinking of playing, there are only 50 rooms left available in the Citywest on Saturday 25th February.

If you plan to play in the Super and want a room in the Citywest please contact Sinead O'Connor <soconnor@citywesthotel.com> to make a room reservation.

There is a poker rate available of €80 per twin room, per night or €88 per triple room per night (both rates include full Irish breakfast).

Just got another phone call asking how many players registered. I don't want to over-sell it at this stage so I can only advertise the prize-pool based on the numbers that have actually paid money (and of course the likes of Bwin.fr who are guaranteeing 100 packages, 888Poker with 40 odd qualifiers and so on)...

Even with 600 players the prize-pool will be €180,000 (so about €40k to 1st) which is not too shabby for a €300 buy-in event.....But we are confident that we will hit 2,000 players and from there it could well double very quickly as more and more players hear about the massive prize-pool for the low buy-in.

Keep the registrations going players, http://www.superpokerevent.com/register

    Cheers,
    Stephen.

    Stephen,

If I register on Boyles now but find I can't make it say a week prior to the event, can I deregister?

    Cheers,
    Ger.

Yes no bother Ger, as long as you get in touch with us before 23rd February you can unregister at any time....After that as long as we get correspondence from you (email that has been replied to, phone call to the office or phone call answered on the mobile) we will still unregister you.

If you don't get in touch with us in time and your chips go into play then your money must go into the prizepool.

    Cheers,
    Stephen.
