    Hi,

We have found a photo and are trying to identify the people in it, the place and the date, can anyone help?

We know that second from the left is Eamon DeValera, then Maurice Goor in the middle and second from the right is Sean T. O'Kelly.

Can anyone help us identify the rest?

    Thanks,

He was Belgian, he was the Belgian Ambassador to Ireland.

is it van de Goor? or just Goor?

The chap on the left looks a stiff looking bugger! His uniform seems to be different to the belgians. Was it taken in Dublin? Chap beside Dev was probably Irish, could be wrong. I will keep on investigating.
