    I am drawing a blank here....

    I'm trying to find out which drugs a nurse may prescribe pursuant to S.5 Misuse of Drugs Act 1977, as amended by the Irish Medicines Board Act 2006.

    According to the legislation there was to be a schedule of permitted drugs, but there have been no si's since 2004 according to westlaw...

    Any ideas?
