    Hi.

By any chance would anyone know how (of if its even possible) to change the currency on the Ryanair website for a booking ?

I'm trying to book a one way flight from Vilnius to Dublin, but it won't give me a price in euros at all. And I've looked everywhere to see where I can change the currency but can't find it.

    Thanks , Mike

They default to the currency of the point of departure. No way around it.

^ What he said, it can't be done.

Have booked return flights between Ire <-> UK, in euros, and then a backup second flight at a slightly different time just for the return leg UK -> Ire and was charged in GBP despite paying with a euro card.

I believe there is a way around it.

Get to the page where Ryanair shows you a week of flights from Vilnius (with prices in local currency) but go no further. Open another Ryanair window and search for any flight from Euroland, then go back to the Vilnius page and click through on your chosen flight, the price should now be in euros.

    Hope this works.

The above post is probably the best option, but there is another way to change billing currency.

On a slightly related note there is over a €20 difference with Easyjet on a flight I was looking at recently (Luton - Dortmund) if you select Euro as your currency over the default pound sterling option, with they driving up the cost massively for privilige of billing you in Euro, the credit card will always give you the best rate, same goes for foreign ATM's offering you a fixed rate.
